Tuition and Fees for the 2011-2012 School Year

*A discount is given if payment for a full semester or full year is received prior to September 10th of that school year. Discounts can not be combined.
Tuition is to be paid in nine equal payments on or before the first day of each month. The first payment is due September 1st and the last payment is due May 1st of the following year. A 10% late fee will be assessed on all payments not received by the 10th of the month.
The registration fee for each student is to be paid upon acceptance for admission. This fee is paid each year for all students; it is not included in the tuition payment and is not refundable. A place is reserved in a class for a student only upon receipt of the registration fee.
The testing fee for new students, in grades 1st through 6th, must be paid before the day the student is scheduled for testing. The testing fee is not refundable.
No report cards will be issued nor will records be transferred until financial obligations are satisfied. As long as a student is enrolled, tuition is payable whether or not the child is attending classes.

Books and Supplies
Books will be supplied by the school at no extra charge, provided they are reusable at the year's end. An initial kit of supplies, together with their normal replacement, will also be furnished by the school. Charges will be made for damaged or lost books and materials.
Insurance
An accident insurance policy will be provided by the school for each student enrolled.
School Uniform
A school uniform will be worn by all students. The uniform is neat and attractive, builds pride in one's appearance and is economical. Uniforms are purchased from a designated source, through the school office.
